Thank you for all of your generous feedback!
I've found some time and made tweaks and adjustments.
•Now you have only 5 buildings to skip per level.
•Moved UI around.
•You can END your level before time runs out if you are don't want to place any more tiles.
•More colored highlight to help you see what type of building you gonna place
•Visual feedback on where you will get extra points for placing buildings of certain types.
